practice basic community mediation skills. The course
focuses on family, neighbor, workplace, roommate, and small
claims concerns and issues. It includes Communication
Skills, Confidentiality, Mediator Ethics, Application of the
Process, Self-Assessment, and Special Circumstances.

Includes all booklets, training materials, and 24-hours of instruction.
Training hours approved by the PA Continuing Legal Education Board: 1 CLE credit for each hour attended. Additional fees if you wish to apply and receive credit for training hours.
